Take off over the West Coast's magnificent rainforests with views of Lake Matheson and the Tasman Sea. Fly around mighty Mount Cook and over the top of the Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers with panoramic views of the most spectacular parts of the Southern Alps.
The tandem skydive starts from the Fox Glacier airfield, and climbs over the West Coast's rainforests with views of Lake Matheson and the Tasman Sea. You fly up to alpine altitudes, around Mount Cook and over the top of the Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers, with panoramic views of the most spectacular parts of the Southern Alps.
Then the fun really begins! From either 9,000 or 12,000 feet (two trip options are available) you launch into freefall and then parachute gently back to the Fox Glacier valley. The views from under the parachute are absolutely stunning.
